     The book Hatchet is about a  tipical city boy on his way to meet his father in Canada coming from New York. With just the clothes on his back, and a hatchet that his mother gave him for a present,  Brian has to learn how to survive in the wilderness. Although he went through many perils in his adventure, if rescue comes, will he want to leave?

     Hatchet is an awesome book. Anyone who is interested in adventure and suspense should be in the nearest library right now checking out this book. I love this book because you will always want to know what happens next. You will never be able to put this book down!
